Class Eligibility

Craft classes are open to participants of all skill levels.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times. The adult is responsible for the child’s safety and behaviour during the class.

Supervision Requirement

An adult (18 years or older) must remain on the premises for the duration of the class when accompanying a minor.
The supervising adult agrees to actively monitor the child’s activities and assist if necessary.
Adults supervising children do not need to register for the class unless they also intend to participate.

Registration and Payment

Pre-registration and payment are required to secure a spot in the class. Walk-ins are accepted only if space permits.
Fees are non-refundable except in the case of class cancellation by the organiser.

Safety and Liability

All participants and supervising adults must follow safety instructions provided by the instructor.
Craft materials and tools may pose safety risks; it is the responsibility of the supervising adult to ensure the child uses them appropriately.
The organisers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the class.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

In the event of insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances, the class may be cancelled or rescheduled. Participants will be notified promptly and offered a refund or transfer to another session.

Code of Conduct

Participants and supervising adults are expected to maintain a positive and respectful environment.
Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the class without a refund.

Photography and Media

Photographs or videos may be taken during the class for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform the organiser before the class begins.

Materials and Tools

All necessary materials and tools will be provided unless specified otherwise.
Participants and supervising adults must handle all equipment responsibly and return borrowed items in good condition.

By registering for the class, participants and their supervising adults agree to these terms and conditions.
