UK Delivery Costs
- Free for orders over £65.
- There is a £4.50 delivery charge for orders below £45.
- Order before 2pm and your order will be dispatched that day (Monday - Friday).
- Saturdays/Sundays and Christmas/New Year/Bank Holidays are not counted as working days.
- Our couriers may require a signature on delivery. Parcels may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
- Please note delivery hours are from 8am – 8pm.
- *Standard Delivery is not available when your order contains a large item
UK Next Day or large items
There will be a £7.50 delivery charge for orders that contain a large item.
- Order before 10am and your order will be delivered the next working day (Monday - Friday).
- Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Our couriers may require a signature on delivery. Parcels may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
- Please note delivery hours are from 8am – 8pm
International Orders
Delivery costs start from €9 or $20 and are based on weight. Full details will be provided at checkout.
Cancelling an order
- In most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to an order.
- To add product to your order, please place a new order for these items.
- To change details of your delivery address, remove items or cancel it completely; please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible, quoting your order number.
Returns
Please contact us if you wish to return an item.
All change of mind returns are at the customer's cost and should be notified within 14 days of receipt. Any faulty items can be returned using a prepaid label which we can send you - you will need a printer to print this off
You can return items to the store if this is more convenient, but we cannot process the refunds in store.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after we have received your return.
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- All online orders paid for via Paypal or Sagepay cannot be refunded in store. This includes orders which have been picked up in store.
